Notes:
This was after Hurricane Sandy. There were tons of blowdowns - which we had to walk over, under, or around. This hike has a lot of road crossings, so if hiking with dogs, you have to keep track of where they are. Pleasant hike, plenty of streams, and one good swimming spot. Broken glass for the first 1/4 mile. We were the only people on the trail today.

Year to date miles: 348.7

The parking lot was practically empty today.
View off of the Ramapo Dunderberg trail
A really lovely spot for swimming. We've taken the dogs swimming here before in the summer. Today, was too chilly for us to stand around throwing sticks.
A washed out bridge next to the stream
Steel drums, before we approach the Hasenclaver mine.

Cemetary with headstones from the 1880's.
More blow downs. Sometimes it looked like pick up sticks.

Lake next to the parking lot. No, we are not going swimming.
